The event features the IBF world flyweight championship of reigning champion Milan “El Metodico” Melindo and against IBO world light flyweight champion Hekkie “The Hexecutioner” Budler from South Africa at the main event.
Melindo (36-2-0, 13 KO) is on a winning streak after besting his past four opponents, including Yaegashi earlier this year.
On the other corner, Budler (31-2-0, 10 KO) won the IBO world light flyweight belt also earlier this year, against Filipino boxer Joey Canoy. He is currently 6th in the WBC and IBF light flyweight division.
